Mood Tracking App
There are about 47.1 million of people in the U.S. struggling with mental health. Since the pandemic there has been historical increase of anxiety and depression reported.

We want to improve mental health by allowing people to use a simple mobile app to monitor moods based on the day and time. The Mood App will allow you to understand events that may have triggered a certain mood.

Users can share a summary of their moods with their providers who can analyze the patterns and accompanying events. With that information therapeutic interventions can be implemented to help improve users’ moods.

The app will provide healthy interventions to improve a specific mood.
Simple mobile app to monitor moods to improve mental health
Students will work with me to build an iOS and Android app to allow users to keep track of moods.

The project team will design and build an app to allow a user to:
• Select a list a mood (example: sad, angry, happy, depressed, etc.) We will provide the list
• Include a question on what happened to trigger that mood
• View a calendar with all the moods submitted
• Share moods via email recorded per month
• Display remedies for a specific mood submitted (example: Depress > Go exercise) We will provide the list of healthy interventions.
• Include a graph to show the moods based on 30 days
• If the users are on medication they can input their medication and dosages, monitor side effects and record their medication compliance

We will help with design providing wireframes and graphical assets needed to build the app.
